What we do

Service Cost India is India's most transparent car service cost estimator. We give Indian car owners a free, instant estimate of what their car service should cost — before they walk into any service centre.

Our database covers 26 brands, 174 models, and 1,740 individual price points across every service interval from 1,000 km to 1,00,000 km.

Why we built this

Indian car owners are collectively overcharged crores every year — through inflated labour rates, unnecessary add-ons, and parts that were billed but never replaced. The information asymmetry between service centres and car owners is the problem we're solving.

We believe that knowing what a fair price looks like — before you visit — is the single most effective protection against being overcharged.

How our estimates work

Our prices are based on market research across authorised service centres and multi-brand garages in major Indian cities. We regularly update our database to reflect current pricing. All estimates run locally in your browser — we never see which car you selected or what your odometer reads.

Coverage

We cover every major car brand sold in India — from Maruti Suzuki and Hyundai to BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Ferrari. Our service type guides cover oil changes, brake service, AC service, tyre service, battery replacement, and periodic services at 20,000 km and 40,000 km.
